There are lots of factors that go into calculating your insurance premium, and to understand if a home fits within our target risk profile.

When you receive an indicative quote it means that we need to review your application and may ask for some additional information.

This does mean that your indicative quote may change, it may increase of decrease.

Submit your indicative quote

Make sure you submit your indicative quote to the team for review, the rivr team will not get to work on your application until it has been submitted.

How the review process works

We evaluate each application separately, as every home is unique.

We will aim to be in initial contact with you within one day of you submitting your application. We will advise what additional information we require.

Once we have everything that we need, our underwriting partner, Bspoke we will be able to make a decision on, and we will advise you whether there is a change to your quote, and if there are any further conditions to your cover.

This review process will take a maximum of three days.

Accepting your quote

Once our team has reviewed the quote and has received the necessary additional information from you that we require in order to accept your application, we will send you a payment link to pay your premium.

Once this has been done your policy will start at your selected start date, and you will receive your policy documentation.
